FacadeTect offers a wide range of consulting services to the Architectural Glass and Aluminium Industry.
We specializes in the field of exterior facades, aluminum curtain wall systems, aluminum storefronts and aluminum cladding for the commercial and the high-rise Building industry.
We work with manufacturers, architects, designers, contractors and developers to provide advice and performance evaluations to ensure that all components of a building’s exterior meet the structural standards necessary to provide durability, aesthetic quality, and protection from the elements

structural calculations for exterior façade curtainwall metal and glass components
according to British and American Standards

Drafting and Design
providing architectural shop drawing for the building envelope system and its components
Shop drawing will include all the necessary details, drawn in Autocad to describe your intent , for Architectural approval
System used are Kawneer, Alumico, Schuco, and custom design profiles
Thermal Calculation
Thermal Analysis & Design of curtain walls of exterior cladding systems, utilizing the latest version of THERM and WINDOW software programs.
A complete Thermal Calculation report will be provided for each mullion and transom detail, showing the thermal conductivity for the details requested
